This is a home based boarding and we’re located at Courtice , near to Oshawa. Ontario . Closest landmark would be : The Bittmore Tap & Grill. Nash rd.

Do you provide boarding for Macaws / extra large sized birds?
Sorry .. not at the moment. Hopefully later .

Do you take birds outdoors?
No . We don’t . Our intention is to give the bird a safe space till you get back . We give maximum out of cage time for the birds, so that they don’t feel locked and we make sure they are happy , however we won’t be taking them outdoors .

Can I bring my own cage ?
Of course you could , if you think the cage can be handled, moved / lifted by one person. In case , your cage is too heavy .. we do have cage rentals .

What are the charges for Cage rentals?
Small cage - $12
Medium sized cage - $15
Large sized cage - $18

Is your boarding a basement facility?
No it’s not . We have given a large naturally brightened room with great view for our birds .

During the stay , Can I atleast once video call with my bird ?
I am sorry , but No . I will be in contact with you to let you know about how your birdie is doing , videos  will be sent . But not a video call .

How many birds would you take in at a time ?
It depends on the requirements. Mostly I would accommodate birds from 3-4 clients at a time . But, if there is any booking made with an elderly bird, It number might reduce to 2 clients ,depending on the condition of the bird . My first priority will be the bird.

Do you offer pick up and drop off services ?
Not at the moment , probably in future .

Do you own any other pets?
Though I love other animals, I just have birds as pets .

Can a meet up be arranged to meet you?
Meet ups can be arranged with those clients , who have bird(s) with special requirements/ care.  We can fix a date and time once you complete the booking process.

Do you smoke?
No, We are non smokers and we don’t drink too . 😊

Do you help in rehoming ?
No . I don’t . I have helped a few , however I don’t wish to offer that as one of my services

How do I bring the bird(s) to you ? What’s the best way to travel with them ?
The safest method is to get a travel carrier or a small cage . It’s better to secure it to the car seat with seat belt . I always use a single rope perch inside my travelling cages . It’s just my personal choice .I clip their most favourite treats to the cage . I also carry a cage cover and use it if required.
